Our History
Growing up in the Eastern Suburbs, the constant pressure to excel academically and work tirelessly was ever-present, fueled in part by the competitive spirit that surrounded us. The advent of social media only intensified this pressure, with unrealistic portrayals of teenage success creating a constant backdrop of comparison.
Our Experience
To cope with these societal expectations, we turned to sports and exercise, utilizing them as outlets to channel the inherent aggression that young men often grapple with. In 2023, the introduction of cold-water therapy transformed our perspectives, influencing how we approach our life goals and emotional well-being. The initial investment in an ice bath, while initially costly, proved to be a game-changer. The laughter and euphoria filled our brains as we were electrified with newfound energy.
